Assistant Project Manager and Architect

Emma Barden is a highly skilled and accomplished Assistant Project Manager/Architect who has been an integral part of our team since July 17, 2017. Her journey in the field of architecture has been marked by significant achievements and diverse experiences.

Emma's educational background is notable, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Mapua Institute of Technology in 2004, where she ranked #3 in her graduating class.

Her professional career spans various roles, including Senior Planning Officer at Filinvest Alabang, Inc. (Muntinlupa City, Philippines) from July 2013 to March 2017. In this capacity, Emma served as the Planning Architect/Project In-Charge for the company's High-Rise/Mid-Rise Residential Projects under the Premier/Exclusive Collections High-End Branding.

Prior to that, from January 2005 to January 2013, Emma worked as a Project Architect at Go, Go, and Go Partners (Manila, Philippines). In this role, she led the Production team for several projects, overseeing the creation of construction drawings and documents for architectural, structural, and PM&E aspects.

In her current role as Assistant Project Manager/Architect, Emma excels in CAD works related to structural design, floor layout, and PM&E Engineering Design Projects for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. Her expertise extends to plan drawings, detailing of site development, erosion control, and utility plans. Emma also plays a crucial role in the preparation of documents and submittals for permitting.

Beyond her professional commitments, Emma enjoys playing golf with her husband and son, watching movies with her family, and indulging in her love for music and singing. She has a passion for travel and indulges her creative side by making earrings and hair accessories.
